How To Order Your Memorial Portrait or Mural

Make sure you have enough clear space

1. Measure by using a ruler for clear space or use our template to estimate the portrait size "Portrait Template."
   • If Oval, Rectangular, Book, Heart, or Scroll:  Add 1/2" to the size you desire when using the template, and if you still have enough clear space then your selection will be acceptable for that space.
   • If Cover Portrait:  Add 1-1/2" to the desire size, and if you still have enough clear space then your selection will be acceptable for that space.
   • If Mural:  Add 1" to the desire size, and if you still have enough clear space then your selection will be acceptable for that space.

1. Find the product you desire.
   
   
2. Note description and price for that product.
   
   
3. Some products may have multiple choices. You can only access those choices once you add the basic product to the shopping cart.
   
   
4. Add the "Product" to your shopping cart by clicking your mouse pointer over the "Add to Cart" icon on the far right. To aid you in selecting the right product we have placed the name of the product beneath the icon.
   
   
5. Click only once! Wait for the "Merchant" server to respond for it may take a few seconds. When the merchant server for Photo Graphics / Remember Me Memorials responds it will take you to the cart, and show you once again what you just placed in the cart.
   
   
6. Proof read your selection. Here you can make changes in quantity, or select other options, ie. size, color, shape if offered.
   
   
7. While on the merchant server select the proper options, and then press the "Add To Cart" button.
   
   
8. After pressing the "Add To Cart or Order" button on the merchant server you will be redirect back to our catalog so you can add other products if you so desire.
   
   
9. Repeat steps 1-8 above to add other products. If not, go to the top of our catalog and click on the "View Cart" icon.

View Cart

1. Here you will see all the products in your shopping cart.
   
   
2. Selct the method of shipment you desire.
   
   
3. Again you have the choice of making changes or canceling your order.
   
   
4. You can even come back to our catalog to get that item that you might have forgotten.
   
   
5. Select "Checkout" to begin finalizing your order.

Checkout

1. Complete the "Bill To" information.
   
   
2. Complete the "Ship To" information.
   
   
3. If you have any comments you can enter them in the comment area.
   
   
4. If you prefer express shipping you will be able to select that option on this form.
   
   
5. Select your preferred type of payment.
   
   
6. Select "Continue Online Order" to enter pertinent payment information.
   
   
7. Follow the remaining instruction.
   
   
8. Once you have completed all the necessary information , and finalized the order a final statement will be returned to you while online.
   
   
9. Print this statement and keep for your records.

1. You will be directed to send you image via our image up-loader.
2. If you are not purchasing a photo custom product then select non-photo.
3. Send only "jpeg, jpg, tif, tiff, or pdf" image formats. All other formats will not be accepted.
