HOW DO YOU SEND PHOTOGRAPHY?

  1. Custom orders will require that you supply the best possible photography for we will not do extensive photography touch-up.

  2. Online orders must send digital photo and make payment at time of order.

     

  3. If ordering via Mail order complete all required order information, and place the desired photograph, template, and payment in the return envelope.

USING MAIL ORDER

 

  1. Please use the Mail Order Packet if you would like to expedite your order. We encourage those who are not comfortable using an online shopping cart to use the Internet Order Packet.

  2. To receive the "Mail Order Packet" click here.

  3. By pressing this link you will be able to print both parts of the document from your screen.

  4. You must select the order invoice, and a brochure which will help to complete the order invoice.

  5. These documents are in "pdf" format.  You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or print the documents.  Click here if you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader.  You can download it from the Adobe website.

  6. Follow the instructions and complete the pertinent information on each form.

  7. Custom orders will require that you supply the best possible photography for we will not do extensive photography touch-up.

  8. Mail via "United States Postal Service, Priority Mail" your desired photograph, Internet Packet, and payment to the address on the order invoice. 

  9. Please E-mail us forewarning us that you have sent your order via mail.

  10. The day we receive your packet production will begin. We wll contact you via e-mail as progress is made, or if we have any questions.

  11. A proof for all orders will be sent via e-mail for your approval in the form of a "pdf" file.  You must sign and scan the document and then return via email or fax to the number on the "Proof" before the final product can be made.

  12. Once the product is ready for delivery you will be notified via e-mail.

USING THE "SECURE SHOPPING CART"

 

  1. The "Secure Shopping Cart" will require that you pay online via a credit card or check to finalize the order.

  2. Send only "jpeg, jpg, tif, tiff, or pdf" image formats. All other formats will not be accepted.

  3. There are three (3) simple sections that must be completed before the Online Order Packet process can be finalized.

    Step I: Select your item of interest, enter number desired if available, "Add to Cart", "View Cart" and make  changes, and finally, "Check Out."
    Step II: Complete all billing and shipping information
    Step III: Upload your image

    1. No processing of your charge will occur until your order is ready to be shipped.

    2. A proof  will be sent via e-mail for your approval in the form of a "pdf" file.  You must sign and scan the document and then return via email or fax to the number on the "Proof" before the final product can be made.

    3. Custom orders shipped in 7 - 10 days. In some cases "Standard" ship out may take 21 days.  There is no charge to your account until the product is ready to ship.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT

 

  1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.     

  2. Credit Card purchases can be done securely over the internet via our "Secure Online Order."

  3. We also accept E-checks via our "Secure Online Order."

  4. By US mail we accept bank checks, money orders, company checks, and personal checks. A $29 "Return Check" fee will be applied to any check that does not process for any reason...no exceptions.  All fraudulent checks are prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.

  5. Acceptable "Alternative Payment" : (Western Union)

  6. Do not send cash. 

  7. No payment will be processed until the product is ready to be shipped.

  8. No product shipped until payment clears.

  3. Fed Express

  4. Stock orders shipped in 5 days.

  5. Custom orders shipped in 7 - 10 days. In some cases "Standard" ship out may take up to 21 days.  


Your notification of shipment will include how the product was shipped and the tracking number.

WARRANTY

 
Photo Graphics will warrantee only the craftsmanship used to create each product, and not the installation or mounting thereof, nor the damage caused by the elements of nature.

Custom tile scenes that are installed by "Photo Graphics" will have a one year installation warrantee covering only the adhesion of the scene to the wall or floor.

REFUNDS

 
** Photo Graphics does not offer refunds on any customized item.**

Full refunds are available for non-custom productions.
